8. Inspection and Acceptance

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt.
• Any claims regarding shortages, damages, or defects must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
• Failure to notify within the specified period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the customized and export nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the circumstances and mutual agreement between both parties.
